AquaVoice in Claude and ChatGPT
An office manager asks Claude or ChatGPT about their own office, in plain language, and gets an answer from the real data in AquaVoice. Read only: the AI cannot change anything. Last updated: October 18, 2026.
What it does
AquaVoice is a call-center and outbound-sales CRM for sales offices. The connector gives the AI assistant a manager already works with read access to their office in AquaVoice: calls, leads, campaigns, the team, shifts and follow-ups. The assistant fetches what it needs to answer, does the arithmetic, and answers in the conversation.
Example questions:
- How did the office do today? How many calls, how many answered, how many meetings set?
- Who has the lowest answer rate this month, and how far are they from the team average?
- Why has the auto-dialer not called the Cohen lead for two days?
- Which follow-ups are overdue, and whose are they?
- Summarize the last call with the lead whose number ends in 0123.
- How many hours did Noa work this week, and how much of it was breaks?
Who can connect
Only an active office manager, with their own AquaVoice account, and only after switching the AI connection on in the app. Agents and team leads cannot connect. An office that restricts sign-in to fixed IP addresses cannot use it, because the AI providers' servers are not on those addresses.
Sign-in goes through the regular AquaVoice sign-in page, with the password and two-factor authentication where it is set, then a consent page that lists what will be visible. Every single call checks again that the user is still an active manager of that office: a manager who loses the role loses access at once.
Connecting in Claude
- In AquaVoice: Settings > Integrations > AI connection, and turn the switch on.
- In Claude: Settings > Connectors, find AquaVoice and choose Connect. If it is not listed yet: Add custom connector, with the URL https://app.aquavoice.co.il/mcp.
- Sign in with your AquaVoice username and password, and approve.
- In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http aquavoice https://app.aquavoice.co.il/mcp, then /mcp to sign in. The consent page notes that the connection goes to a program running on your computer.
Connecting in ChatGPT
In ChatGPT the connection is added in Settings, under Apps, with the same URL: https://app.aquavoice.co.il/mcp. Until it is listed in ChatGPT's app directory, developer mode may have to be turned on there. Sign-in and consent are the same.
What it can see
Fourteen tools, all read only, all limited to the office of the manager who connected:
- Office overview - calls, dial attempts, answer rate, meetings, closed deals and their value, the lead funnel and lead sources, for a period.
- List team members - who is connected right now, on shift, on a call or on a break.
- Team performance and agent performance - the team side by side, and one agent in depth.
- Agent hours and attendance - shifts, breaks, talk and idle time, day by day.
- List campaigns and get campaign - including the auto-dialer's state and why it is or is not dialing.
- Search leads and get lead - status, owner, follow-ups and the lead's timeline.
- Explain lead dialing - every rule that holds a lead back and when it lets go.
- Search calls and get call - the call log, and one call with its AI summary.
- Follow-ups - what is open, what is overdue and whose it is.
- Check connection.
What it cannot do
- Change anything. No tool writes, deletes, dials, sends a message or starts a campaign.
- See a full phone number. Numbers are shown as their last four digits only.
- Play a recording or read a call transcript. Only the summary the system already produced.
- See another office, even when the manager manages several: each connection belongs to one office.
- Run unlimited: up to 120 calls a minute per office.
Privacy: what is passed on and what is kept
The tools' answers go to the AI provider the manager chose and connected (Anthropic or OpenAI), into the manager's own account there, where that provider's terms and privacy policy apply. The office controls the data about its own customers, and connecting the assistant is its instruction to pass that data to it. AquaVoice sends nothing to the AI provider on its own initiative, only answers to calls from the assistant the manager connected.
We keep a log of the calls: which tool, when, from which connection, whether it succeeded, and what the assistant asked for (a phone number it searched by is kept as its last four digits). The answer itself is not kept, and the question the manager typed to the assistant never reaches us. The log is kept for 180 days and is used for security, support and rate limiting. We do not use it to train models and do not share it.
A connection's access token is valid for one hour and renews automatically. A connection unused for 90 days closes by itself.
Beyond what is said here, the AquaVoice privacy policy applies (in Hebrew): https://aquavoice.co.il/privacy.
Disconnecting
- In AquaVoice: Settings > Integrations > AI connection. Every live connection is listed there with a disconnect button, and turning the switch off closes all of them.
- In Claude: Settings > Connectors > AquaVoice > Disconnect. In ChatGPT: Settings > Apps.
- A manager who stops being a manager, or moves to another office, is disconnected automatically.
